When will the points take effect / expire after purchase?
After you purchase points from Dango, they will take effect immediately and never expire.
What are "Points"?
Points are a kind of virtual credit that you can use in Dango. They are divided into free points and (paid) points. Points can be used for any compute service (including future ones) on Dango.
Usually, "free points" are used to try out a tool, while "points" are used to use the tool completely. To learn more about the points deduction of each function, you can click to view Price information for different tools.
What is the difference between packs?
Except for the different points and prices, there is no difference. All users enjoy all Dango functions (and future functions), and there is no VIP or VVVVIP setting.
What is the ratio of recharge and points?
Recharge is divided into two types, recharge points or free points.
The ratio of paid points is $1: 60 ~ 75 points (according to the recharge amount), and the same number of free points will be given away.

Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no. Dango is an AI service and each AI has a high cost. But Dango has a preview function for each tools. You can pay after the preview by yourself. For more information please read our terms of service carefully before using.
Does Dango have monthly/yearly subscription?
Dango is an AI tool website. AI computing requires extremely powerful hardware to complete, generating high costs. Therefore, Dango launched the "Points" service, which calculates the cost based on the number of times used. A monthly/yearly subscription cannot provide an accurate and fair estimate for everyone.
